Our main focus is to create a society where every individual has their basic needs and opportunities for growth, irrespective of their economic background. Our mission is mainly to uplift marginalized communities by providing comprehensive support in the areas of education, healthcare, skill development, and environmental sustainability. Our main purpose is to create a holistic impact by addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality, thereby enabling individuals to lead dignified and fulfilling lives. Over many years, our Visionary Charter Foundation Kolkata has impacted the lives of thousands of individuals across the city positively. Our holistic approach ensures that we address various aspects of community development, leading to sustainable and long-term improvements in the quality of life.
Our local partner Mahamaya Bandhan Samity works with underprivileged children in the Sundarbans. They support boys and girls who come from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds, where access to education is a major challenge.
For the past several years, we have been providing them with education and food support.
We are committed to standing by these children and doing our best to ensure they get the opportunity to learn and build a better future.

We have been working for many years with people affected by leprosy, providing them with continuous care and support. Our efforts focus on improving their quality of life by addressing their medical, social, and emotional needs. We strive to ensure they receive proper treatment, dignity, and opportunities to reintegrate into society. Through our initiatives, we aim to remove stigma, create awareness, and stand beside them with compassion and commitment. Our mission is to bring hope, respect, and a better future to every individual we serve.
Support This Cause
We are very happy to share that we have acquired 16 katta of land in the Sundarbans region, where we are planning to build an eye hospital. The initial work for this project has already begun.
Access to quality healthcare, especially eye care, is a major challenge for people in this area. Through our organization, we are continuously working to ensure that people can receive eye treatment free of cost. Most of the residents here live below the poverty line, and providing accessible medical services can greatly benefit their lives.
We are in touch with the Rotary Club of Kolkata and Lions Club to support this initiative. Our goal is to develop proper infrastructure and gradually provide quality eye care services.
The area where the hospital is being developed has a high population density, and we hope to serve a large number of people with free medical care.

VISIONARY CHARTER FOUNDATION is dedicated to empowering underprivileged children and marginalized communities in the Sundarbans region. Our organization is currently supporting the education and overall development of around 390 children who come from extremely vulnerable and economically challenged families.
Many of these children are first-generation learners and are at high risk of dropping out of school due to poverty, lack of awareness, and limited opportunities. Through our continuous efforts, we aim to bring them back into the mainstream of society through education, care, and empowerment.
The people of this region are highly marginalized and often struggle to access even the most basic educational and developmental resources. Our foundation believes that every child deserves the opportunity to dream, learn, and build a better future.
We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where children can grow with dignity, confidence, and hope. Through education and skill-building initiatives, we strive to create long-term positive change in the Sundarbans community.

At the same center, they conduct an adult education program where 25 students are enrolled and taking education.
